In accordance with the art. 28d of the Act of July 6, 2001 on detective services (Journal of Laws 2018.2163 as amended) Corporate Due Diligence & Investigation (CDDI) Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw hereby kindly informs that the provisions of the article 13 point 1 and 2 and the article 15 point 1 letter a, c and g of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation- Official Journal L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1) shall not apply to the processing of personal data collected in the course of performing activities within the framework of detective services.
